About Shelby
Shelby Steenstra is the CEO and Owner of SimpleList Crew, as well as, the Team Leader of Abode Properties GR. Shelby began forming the idea of SimpleList Crew while running her own personal business, where she noticed a need for a streamline listing process and Realtors to minimize miscommunication and headaches when listing a home.
Shelby also works with buyers and sellers across West Michigan and loves the real estate industry and all that it has to offer. She has been married to her husband since 2015 and they have 2 sons, Brooks & Gatlin. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing pickleball and loves relaxing at the beach or at her family's cottage during Michigan summers. She also is a part of the outreach team at her church and is an advocate for mental health.

About David
David Steenstra is Shelby's husband and runs the sign and lockbox department of SimpleList Crew and the Handyman department, as well as, assists with the everyday tasks of the business. David received his bachelors in business from Davenport University and also went to Grace Bible College where he played basketball and was a state champion all 4 years!
David is a licensed Realtor in the state of Michigan and a member of GRAR. In his spare time he enjoys working on cars, remodeling homes, going to the gym and hanging out with his family and friends.
About Kendal
Kendal Wabeke is the head of the pre-listing inspection department of SimpleList Crew, he is also the owner and founder of Blue House Home Inspections. Kendal is certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and is a member of GRAR.
Followed by years of experience in construction, Kendal received his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering while also working with real estate investments and property management services. In has pasttime, he enjoys hanging out with his wife, spending time at their cottage and doing house projects!

About Colton
Colton Pasma is the manager of the photo, drone and videography department of SimpleList Crew. He also runs his own filming business called PasmaProductions. Colton has been filming for over 8 years now and it truly is his passion. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, traveling, baseball and videography of course! He loves spending time with his family and playing drums at church.
He is a licensed commercial drone pilot and proficient at Adobe, Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and many other Adobe programs.
About Austin
Austin Helmus is the Marketing Coordinator for SimpleList Crew! While working in the eCommerce sector Austin has grown to appreciate the Customer Experience and plans on bringing the best possible one to SimpleList Crew. He attended Davenport University and graduated with his Bachelors in Business Management with a specification in Marketing.
Austin enjoys researching Grand Rapids real estate, specifically investment properties. He is a strong believer in investment properties and currently has one of his own. In his spare time he loves being on the water during the summer, snowboarding in winter months and hanging out with family and friends any chance he gets.
About Carl
Carl Franken is one of our beloved sign and lockbox installers who helps out David on a regular basis.
Carl is recently retired from working at Lumbermen's for many years and now is enjoying his part-time gig with SimpleList. In his free time he enjoys singing at church, camping with his wife and hanging out with his kids and grandkids.
About Mark
Mark Stob is another one of our beloved part-time sign and lockbox installers.
Mark loves sports and being active! Him and his wife enjoy time at their Florida condo (2 of the 3 of their children live in Florida now!). He loves to play pickleball, snow ski and is involved in his church.
