SIGN INFORMATION 

·       $56 for install within 25 miles of Downtown Grand Rapids

·       Removal, indoor storage, inventory tracking and confirmation photos included in total 

·       $5/rider if included at time of original install 

·       $33 for a rider to be switched out/added not at the time of original install within 25 miles of   

        Downtown Grand Rapids 

·       $25 extra for a second sign added at time of original install 

·       $15/directional at time of original install 

·       $25 for a requested office stop 

·       No charge for original mass sign pick up 

·       $60 for open house signs to be placed and removed (charged per location, not per sign used)

        within 25 miles of Downtown Grand Rapids 

LOCKBOX INFORMATION 

·       $56 for install (without a sign) within 25 miles of Downtown Grand Rapids 

·       Removal, indoor storage, inventory tracking and confirmation photos included in total 

SIGN & LOCKBOX BUNDLE 

·      $64 for a sign and lockbox install within 25 miles of Downtown Grand Rapids 

·      Removal, indoor storage, inventory tracking and confirmation photos included in total 

TOTALS FOR OVER 25 MILE ORDERS (includes removal) 

·      25-29 mile orders = $76 

·      30-34 mile orders = $93.50

·      35-39 mile orders = $112.25

·      40-44 mile orders = $131

·      45-49 mile orders = $150 

·      These prices do NOT include any ‘add ons’ (ex. rider) 

·      Anything over 50 miles from Downtown Grand Rapids, please email office@simplelistcrew.com

       to confirm we will take on the order BEFORE scheduling 

LESS THAN 48 HOUR ORDERS FOR SIGNS/LOCKBOXES 

·      $25 extra per order for business days 

·      $35 extra per order for weekend days 

·      You will know if this applies if you are unable to schedule the date you want through our

       scheduling system - you will need to email office@simplelistcrew.com for the urgent request.

       Please include the preferred date, location and any other information pertaining to the order.

       We will then manually put it in our schedule if we can accommodate (which we try really hard

       to!). 

COMMERCIAL SIGNS

·      $130 for 4 X 4 sign on posts

·      $75 for a second 4 X 4 sign at the same location

·      $85 for a 4 X 4 metal frame sign

·      $50 for a second metal frame sign at same location

·      $65 for a SMALL metal frame sign (residential size or smaller)

·      $30 for a SMALL second metal frame sign at the same location

·      $155 for 4 X 8 sign on posts

·      All of the above is for orders within 25 miles from Downtown Grand Rapids. $3.75/mile (one

       way) for anything over.

·      Pricing includes any riders and removal, indoor storage, inventory tracking and confirmation

       photos

PHOTOS

·      Under 1500 square feet above grade: $125

·      Above 1500 square feet above grade: $175

·      Last minute orders: $50

·      The above applies to orders within 30 miles of Downtown Grand Rapids. If it is further away –

       please email for a quote. 

DRONE

·      $125 for aerial photos within 30 miles of Downtown Grand Rapids

·      Last minute orders: $50

·      Over 30 miles – email for an estimate

HANDYMAN

·      Job depending – email for a quote

PAYMENT INFO

·       We accept venmo or check 

·       If you would like to pay via credit card there will be a 3% processing fee added (please specify 

        if you want to be billed with the credit card link) 

·       Billing period is on a month by month basis and if payments are not received by the due date   

        on the invoice then a 10% charge will be added each month to that invoice
